Store Policies

Returns must be pre-authorized and returned within 7 days of receipt. Refunds do not include shipping and handling costs. Electrical items are not returnable. All returns will incur a 15% re-stocking fee (unless store credit is chosen). There is no warranty for used parts and returns are not accepted.

Orders canceled prior to shipment will incur a 5% refund charge or may be stored as 100% store credit.
